Dual-Capacity High-Reach Telescopic Crawler Boom

The Tadano AS-58C Telescopic Crawler Boom sets the standard for versatility and reach capability. This powerful machine achieves a maximum working height of 64.3 feet and a horizontal reach of 50.5 feet for accessing challenging areas that require reaching up, over and around obstacles.

One of the AS-58C’s standout features is its dual-lifting capacity system, offering both 990-pound and 550-pound load options to adapt to different job requirements. The spacious platform, measuring 5.8 x 2.4 x 3.6 feet, provides ample workspace for operators and materials, while offering 180-degree rotation for precise positioning.

The machine’s advanced crawler track system, equipped with grey non-marking pads, enables seamless operation across both indoor and outdoor environments. This versatility allows the AS-58C to work effectively on finished indoor floors while maintaining low ground pressure when traversing challenging outdoor terrain. The three-speed travel capability, ranging from .62 to 2.05 mph, ensures efficient movement around job sites.

Power comes from a Kubota D1803 engine, while the 34.3-gallon fuel tank capacity supports extended operation times. The AS-58C incorporates comprehensive safety features, including an emergency stop system, foot switch with enabling mechanism, slew lock pin and auxiliary lowering control. Additional safety measures include slope operation restrictions, an overload sensing system, battery isolator switch and LED lighting for enhanced visibility.

The AS-58C maintains relatively compact transport dimensions of 29.63 x 8.14 x 8.66 feet while weighing 25,463 pounds, so its transportable between job sites while maintaining a 5° tilt tolerance during operation.
