Service Technician – Mobile Cranes (Finland)

Job Purpose
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Tadano cranes. You will also provide technical advice to customers on service and spare parts, ensuring their lifting equipment remains operational and reliable. This is a travel-based role that typically starts from home, and you will work primarily across Finland.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on Tadano cranes.
- Assess damage to components and prepare findings.
- Provide technical advice to customers regarding service and spare parts.
- Commission and hand over newly delivered cranes and accessories.
- Travel-based field work starting from home; work primarily in Finland.
Your Qualifications
- Technical education in the automotive/vehicle field or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and good understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Customer-focused and dedicated approach to your work.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Fluent Finnish and reasonable written English skills.
- Good IT skills.
