Product Support TECHNICIAN – Perth
We are currently looking for an experienced Product Support Technician (Mobile Cranes) to join our Perth team. The ideal applicant will have a wealth of technical knowledge and a strong customer focus. The role will be responsible for ensuring customers’ full satisfaction of the product at each stage of the life cycle, (e.g. initial commission, end of warranty, factory update, periodic maintenance, or unexpected trouble shooting), through technical training and problem solving.

The ideal applicant will be a vital and valued member of our workshop team that inspects, repairs and maintains a wide variety of plant, machinery and equipment, both on-site and in the field.
