Parts Interpreter – Brisbane
Join our National Parts team as a Parts Interpreter based in Lytton, QLD. Reporting to the East Coast Parts Manager, you will support customers, dealers and internal teams by accurately interpreting, quoting and supplying parts. This role involves managing end-to-end parts orders, supporting Workshop and Product Support teams, maintaining stock levels and assisting with stock control activities. Your technical mindset, experience in heavy equipment parts and customer-focused approach will help ensure efficient and reliable parts service across the business.

senior Parts Interpreter – Victoria
Join our Derrimut Branch as a Senior Parts Interpreter and play a key role in driving the success of our parts operations. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you will oversee day-to-day coordination of the Victorian parts department while supporting Tadano Oceania’s nationwide parts business. In this role, you will manage inventory, ensure parts availability, streamline operations, and provide top-quality service to customers and internal teams. Your organisational skills, hands-on approach, and experience in parts interpretation will help keep our Victorian branch running efficiently and effectively.

Sales Operations Officer – Brisbane
Join Tadano Oceania as a Sales Operations Officer, based at our Head Office in Lytton, QLD. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will support the sales function by ensuring accurate sales processing, data management and logistics coordination across the business. In this role, you will manage sales transactions in SAP, maintain master data and reporting, coordinate logistics for interstate and international crane movements, and support the sales team with documentation and compliance. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and experience in sales operations will be key to ensuring efficient and high-quality sales support within a global organisation.

National Senior Field Service technician – WA
Join our WA workshop team as a National Senior Field Service Technician and become a key player in supporting our branch workshops Nationally. Based in Hope Valley, Perth Workshop, you will travel to various locations to support our workshops in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney as well as regionally undertaking field work and stepping in where you are needed most to ensure smooth workshop operations. At designated locations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, providing on-site and in-the-field client support, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. As a National Senior Field Service Technician, you will also use your experience to mentor our Service Technicians in developing their skills and capabilities.

Senior service technician – Sydney
Join our Penrith, NSW team as a Senior Service Technician and become the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while providing top notch on-site and in-the-field support to our customers. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor Service Technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, carry out maintenance activities and support day-to-day service operations. Your technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach will have a direct impact on service excellence and business growth.

Senior office/service administrator – Sydney
We are currently looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Senior Service Office Administrator who will provide a quality experience to our customers as the Penrith Branch Receptionist as well as providing NSW Branch Service & Administrative support. As a vital member of the Administration and Service Administration teams, you will be part of a National administrative support team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our local NSW office whilst representing Tadano as our onsite Receptionist. Your hands-on execution of day-to-day administration tasks will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
