With extensive industry experience and deep product knowledge, we service the entire range. Whether it’s a minor repair or scheduled maintenance, you can count on us for quick and effective support for all your technical service needs.
BASIC
Annual Inspection and Service. Recommended for low-use cranes, this annual program is performed by Tadano Valla–appointed, highly qualified technicians. We inspect all crane systems, replace filters, check batteries, lubricate required points, and verify safety systems. A logbook is completed to certify all maintenance and checks.
MEDIUM
Half-Yearly Check and Service. Performed every six months by highly qualified technicians under Tadano Valla supervision, this program is designed for cranes used over 150 hours per year (excluding those with chain or rope hoists). We inspect crane systems, check filters, lubricate required points, assess wheel wear, and verify all safety devices. A logbook is completed to certify that maintenance and checks have been carried out.
INTENSIVE
Four-Monthly Check and Service. This intensive maintenance program, performed every four months by highly qualified technicians under Tadano Valla supervision, is designed for cranes used over 250 hours per year (excluding those with chain or rope hoists). Ideal for industrial operations requiring well-maintained, efficient machines, the service includes inspecting and replacing air/oil filters if needed, lubricating all required points, maintaining batteries, checking wheel wear, and verifying all safety devices. A logbook is completed to certify that all maintenance and checks have been performed.
FULL
Three-Monthly Check and Service. This intensive program, performed every three months by highly qualified technicians under Tadano Valla supervision, is designed for cranes in intensive use with lifting systems such as rope or chain hoists. Ideal for long-term rental operations, it relieves users of preventive and scheduled maintenance. The service includes inspecting and replacing air/oil filters if needed, lubricating required points, maintaining batteries, checking winch ropes or chains and booms, assessing wheel wear, and verifying all safety devices. A logbook is completed to certify that maintenance and checks have been carried out.
HERITAGE
Historical Model Check and Service. This program is designed for customers with Valla cranes that have been in operation for several years, and we also welcome inquiries for cranes manufactured prior to 2005. Services include an extraordinary 20-year inspection with calculation of residual life cycles, battery checks with certification of sulfation and remaining capacity, overhaul of hydraulic components and pipes, and complete crane renovation, including cosmetic restoration and repainting.

We perform thorough checks on the crane structure and steering operation, inspect the rope if a winch is fitted, and examine the sliding block, boom brake, and load limiter operation. Additionally, we verify the winch up and down limit switches, service brake and parking brake operation, all safety devices, and the chopper unit.
