Mounted on the Iveco Daily 35S14H chassis, the Oil&Steel Scorpion 2013 combines robust truck performance with an advanced aerial platform. It provides a maximum working height of 19.9 meters, a horizontal outreach of 13.9 meters, and a 250 kg load capacity—making it ideal for utilities, rental fleets, and urban maintenance work.
The platform features a 1.4 x 0.7 x 1.1 m aluminum basket (fiberglass optional) with ±90° basket rotation, and a 400° turret rotation for versatile positioning. Its H-type outriggers enable multiple working configurations (fully extended, closed, or asymmetrical), ensuring stability and adaptability even in confined spaces.
Safety and reliability are enhanced through moment detection and limiting systems, lock valves on all cylinders, thermal protection, and anti-slip aluminum decking. Hoses and cables are routed internally for protection, while the boom and platform are corrosion-resistant.
In transport, the Scorpion 2013 maintains practical dimensions—7.02 m length, 2.20 m width, and 2.90 m height—allowing for easy mobility between job sites.
Standard features include PTO with automatic release, electro-hydraulic aerial controls, hydraulic outrigger controls, hand pump for emergency descent, and an engine emergency stop from basket and column.
Optional extras include fiberglass insulated baskets (up to 1 kV), automatic stabilization from basket or ground, tilt sensor, working height limiting device, toolboxes, debris protection kits, LED lighting, underride guards, comfort packages, and extended warranties.
