Built on the Isuzu M21 Ground Blue H chassis (123 HP), the Oil&Steel Scorpion 2014 provides a maximum working height of 19.9 meters, a 13.9-meter horizontal outreach, and a 250 kg basket capacity. Its combination of compact transport dimensions—6.18 m length, 2.20 m width, 3.07 m height—with excellent reach makes it ideal for municipalities, maintenance fleets, and rental companies working in urban or industrial environments.
The Scorpion 2014 is fitted with a 1.4 x 0.7 x 1.1 m aluminum basket for two operators, with optional fiberglass or insulated baskets up to 1 kV. The platform features ±90° basket rotation, 400° turret rotation, and H-type outriggers that can be deployed fully, closed, or asymmetrically depending on site conditions.
Safety and reliability come as standard, with moment detection and limiting systems, emergency descent systems (manual and electrical), engine emergency stop from basket and column, anti-slip aluminum decking, and protected hoses and cables inside the booms. The boom and platform are treated with corrosion-resistant paint and stainless-steel fasteners for long-term durability.
Standard features include PTO with automatic release, hydraulic outrigger controls, electro-hydraulic aerial controls, and protective casings for control boxes.
Optional extras include automatic stabilization from basket or ground, tilt sensor, fiberglass insulated baskets, LED lights on stabilizers, toolboxes, debris protection kits, custom painting, reflective decals, rear flatbeds, and extended warranty packages.
