Product description

Compact Truck. Maximum Reach.

Mounted on the Isuzu M21 Ground Blue H chassis (123 HP), the Oil&Steel Scorpion 2313 delivers a 22.6-meter working height, a 12.8-meter horizontal outreach, and a 250 kg basket capacity. With compact transport dimensions—6.83 m length, 2.20 m width, 3.06 m height—it offers powerful access while remaining easy to maneuver in urban or industrial settings.

The platform includes a 1.4 x 0.7 x 1.1 m aluminum basket (fiberglass optional), with ±90° basket rotation and 400° turret rotation for optimal positioning. H-type outriggers allow work with multiple stabilizing configurations (fully open, closed, or asymmetrical), ensuring flexibility on uneven terrain or in restricted spaces.

Operators benefit from electro-hydraulic aerial controls, hydraulic outrigger controls, engine start/stop from basket and column, and emergency descent systems (manual and electric). Safety is further enhanced with a moment detection and limiting system, lock valves on all cylinders, and anti-slip aluminum decking.

Standard features include PTO with automatic release, corrosion-resistant treatment, enclosed hoses and cables, and stainless-steel fasteners.
Optional extras include automatic stabilization, tilt sensor, fiberglass insulated baskets, LED stabilizer lights, toolboxes, debris protection kits, extended warranty, and custom paintwork.

Compact yet powerful, the Scorpion 2313 on Isuzu is the smart choice for access work where maneuverability and performance must go hand in hand.
