Fleet Management Report

The Fleet Management Data report provides insight into your crane’s key operating parameters:

• Crane status & utilization
• Load & reach control – current/max loads and outreach
• Equipment configuration – boom lengths, angles, counterweights
• Stability & safety – outrigger forces, ground pressure, inclination, wind data
• Drives & lifespan – operating hours, wear monitoring, remaining service life
• Engines & hydraulics – RPM (revolutions per minute), temperatures, oil & fuel levels
• Vehicle data – mileage, speed, tire pressures (for mobile cranes)
• Maintenance & software info – LMB status, diagnostics, software versions

Data Logger Report

The IC1-Remote Data Logger records and stores detailed crane data for analysis, safety, and maintenance:

• Operation & time log – precise recording of date, time, mode, and boom configuration
• Load & reach data – current/max loads, utilization, radius, boom height
• Safety monitoring – LMB stop events, overload alerts, error codes
• Operator actions – hoisting, luffing, slewing, telescoping, reeving configuration
• Support & counterweight monitoring – outrigger pressures, counterweight status

Hello-Net exports provide detailed, time-based performance and usage statistics for each crane.

• Equipment & Location – OEM, model, serial number, GPS position, and last known location
