Tadano in KOREA
Tadano established its Korean subsidiary in November 1996 to support domestic parts procurement and provide assistance to other subsidiaries, with an 85% shareholding by Tadano. In 2005, the company expanded its focus to the new crane market in response to domestic emissions regulations, enhancing its capabilities with certification processes and strengthening its support systems. By 2006, Tadano became a fully owned subsidiary, and in 2008, a Korean president was appointed. The company relocated its main office from Seongnam to Seoul in 2017 and further expanded operations in 2019 by moving its headquarters to Busan, establishing dual offices in Seoul and Busan, and partnering with service dealerships.
