Position: Business Leader Nordics

Location: Helsingborg, Sweden
Scope: Sales, Service, and Parts for Tadano Cranes in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark

Role Overview:

As the Business Leader Nordics, you will be at the helm of our subsidiary operations, encompassing three strategic locations in Helsingborg (SE), Oslo (NO), and Helsinki (FIN). Your primary mission will be to enhance customer service, streamline operations, and develop synergies across these sites. Key to your role will be promoting open internal communication to foster improved cooperation across functional areas and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead Sales, Customer Service, Parts, Training, Finance, and Admin teams (20-25 employees) to boost service and parts revenue/margins.

Organizational Efficiency: Make the existing organization more efficient to enhance customer service and develop synergies between Helsingborg, Oslo, and Helsinki.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans with a particular focus on Norway and Denmark to achieve targets and enhance Tadano’s market share.

Cost and Resource Management: Efficiently manage costs and resources to drive market share growth and improve crane sales/margins.

Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen customer relationships and loyalty to increase new customer acquisitions and trust in the Tadano brand.

Market Adaptation: Recognize and adapt to market changes with effective measures for continuous improvement.

Operational Management: Ensure seamless operations by managing interfaces with various departments across Europe and promoting open internal communication.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or similar preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven success in sales/business development.
  • Senior management experience in a sales environment, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or quality management.
  • A track record of success in sales, covering dealer development, service, and revenue management.
  • Experience in combining sales, service, and parts for customer acquisition.
  • Leadership in sales/service in technical equipment.

Skills:

  • Strategic planning and strong operational abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with multinational teams in Nordic countries.

Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish; German is a plus.

Travel: Willingness to travel 30-50%.
