Tadano Cranes India Pvt. Ltd. has successfully delivered a Tadano GR-1450EX rough terrain crane to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). This significant occasion was celebrated with a symbolic key handover ceremony, followed by a traditional Indian pooja to mark an auspicious beginning for HPCL’s new equipment.
Key Handover Ceremony
In a brief yet meaningful event, Tadano Cranes India Pvt. Ltd.’s Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Takuji Murakami, presented the symbolic key of the GR-1450EX to the HPCL team, led by Mr. R. Ramakrishnan, Executive Director – Operations & Commissioning. This exchange marked not only the official transfer of this state-of-the-art equipment but also reinforced the long-standing relationship between Tadano and HPCL. The ceremony highlighted Tadano India’s commitment to providing world-class cranes to leading industrial players in India.
While presenting the key, Mr. Murakami expressed Tadano Cranes India’s pride in contributing to HPCL’s infrastructure capabilities, stating, “The GR-1450EX is designed for versatility and efficiency, ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. We are confident it will be a valuable asset to HPCL’s operations.”
Traditional Indian Pooja for an Auspicious Start
Following the key handover, a traditional pooja ceremony was performed to bless the GR-1450EX. The crane, beautifully adorned with fresh flower garlands, was the focal point of the ritual, symbolizing good fortune, prosperity, and safety. A Hindu priest led the pooja, invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, and Goddess Durga, the symbol of power, protection, and strength, to ensure smooth operations for HPCL.
A New Milestone
The GR-1450EX rough terrain crane, known for its reliability and robust design, will enhance HPCL’s capabilities in handling complex lifting tasks. Its delivery and the blessing ceremony represent another milestone in Tadano India’s journey to provide superior lifting solutions to India’s industrial giants.
As the event concluded, both Tadano Cranes India and HPCL expressed mutual appreciation, with HPCL looking forward to the operational efficiency the GR-1450EX will bring to their projects.
